Rajiv Talreja is the author of the book Lead Or Bleed — How Entrepreneurs And Corporate Leaders Can Adopt A Proven System To Stop Fire Fighting And Start Accelerating Performance And Profits.

Rajiv had two business failures in the past, which he believes have been his best experiences. Currently, he is running two successful businesses: Quantum Leap Learning Solutions and Dream Craft Events.

Over the last decade, Rajiv has impacted over 50,000 people through his training and coaching engagements.

What began as a young person’s desire to help people transform their businesses has grown into Rajiv’s lifelong crusade. He is called on by entrepreneurs and corporate leaders to help transform their businesses, their teams, and their leadership styles. Rajiv has been honored with the “Responsibility Award of Leadership” and the “Catalyst of the Year” award by People First. He was selected as one of the Top 10 Future Leaders from India by Better Future, Netherlands and as one of the Top 10 Entrepreneurship Stories from India by BNI, India.
