ABOUT THE AUTHOR

Mina Boctor is a Wellness Coach, Speaker, and Author. Mina began his career in Health and Nutrition in early 2016 when he was in search of an approach to better maintain his own health. After struggling for years with bad diets and “quick fixes”, he decided to find a long-term and sustainable method to improve his health and maintain it. Mina was able to shed the extra kilos, gain massive amounts of energy, and sustain this long-term health using the Healthy Active Lifestyle philosophy described in his book. After receiving training to become a Wellness Coach, he then went on to successfully assist others by modelling his own results and the results of the many others who have followed the Healthy Active Lifestyle philosophy.
