Margaret Haacker M.S. OTR/L

ABOUT THE AUTHORS

Margaret Haacker has been working for many years in New York City helping children with disabilities in the school setting, early intervention homecare and in her community. Helping children is her passion and over the years she has helped hundreds of families. Parents kept asking the same questions: “What can I do at home to help my child write better?”, “What can I do to help my child’s self-esteem?”, “What can I do to help my child not to bump into furniture and falling down?”, “My child cannot focus at home when he is doing homework, what can I do?” This book is designed to help parents with children ages 3 -18 years old who have the same or similar questions. In this book, Margaret will share her experience to help parents understand what to expect from their child, what they can do at home, who to ask for help and why it is important to address these issues as soon as possible.
