 ABOUT THE AUTHORS

Caroline and Jennifer Tang are yoga sisters, born and raised in Melbourne, Australia. They are co-founders of CARJA YOGA, a community of yoga and meditation practitioners based in Melbourne. The sisters offer classes that focus on integrating yoga postures, breathing practices, and meditation.

Caroline is an accredited mindfulness coach. Having graduated from a Bachelor of Psychology, Caroline has an extensive knowledge of how the mind works. This is in combination with her knowledge in yoga, mindfulness, and coaching.

Jennifer is a certified kids yoga teacher. She has worked extensively with kids in yoga, personal growth, and improving self-esteem in kids and teenagers.

Caroline and Jennifer hold tight to their philosophy of living the life you want and desire. After being stressed out and miserable from their corporate careers, both sisters—Caroline and Jennifer—travelled to India as an escape. India is where they discovered the traditional and spiritual side of yoga.

Jennifer and Caroline are excited to share the valuable insights and teachings they have gleaned throughout their journeys and travels, and those valuable life lessons can be found in The Yogic Art of Being.
