Israel Obregon

ABOUT THE AUTHOR

People often ask Israel Obregon, the well-established real estate guru, “How much money do you make in real estate?”

He always responds, “Sir/madam, you are asking the wrong question. You should instead be asking me how much money I can make you in real estate.”

Israel Obregon has dedicated his life to real estate, from the age of 18 when got his real estate license and furthermore at the age of 24 when he became the qualifying broker of the real estate firm O. Realty, LLC. He has passionately served many clients while maintaining integrity, honesty, and attention to all. As a real estate investor and advisor, he has found the key to success and financial prosperity.

Now an author of his incoming book, A Wise Decision, a Lifetime of Success, Israel Obregon will be able to reach many incoming entrepreneurs who are looking to have a taste of his established success. Ironically enough, growing up, Israel Obregon, the Broker, never had place to call home until he stabilized his firm in Atlanta, Georgia.

Israel grew up in Mexico where he lived in five different cities and three different estates. Then at the age of ten, he moved to Los Angeles, California, where he learned not just a new spoken language and culture, but also the language and culture of money, capitalism, and entrepreneurship. Los Angeles is where he sold everything from candy bars at school and lady shoes at storefronts. Israel Obregon learned to hone his negotiating skills.

At the age of 16, Israel moved to Georgia where he finished high school and had the deep desire to become independent. Being able to attain independence through his newly found vocation in real estate services, the engineering student Israel Obregon moved out of his mother’s house to his own home at the age of 19. Through hard work and dedication, Israel Obregon learned the difficulties and success the real estate world has to offer to an entrepreneur.

Israel, the Master Negotiator, has proven with a lifetime of experiences and excellent track record of unheard-of deals that he was and is the master negotiator. Once an investor complained about not finding any “good deals,” so Israel told him, “Look, if I bought my home for $35,000 and sell yours for five times what you were asking, I think I can manage finding you another deal.”

Looking to attain success, people often eagerly ask him what can they expect from his book—coaching and real estate services? Israel Obregon always guarantees the experience to be eye-opening, educational, professional, swift, and enjoyable.
