ABOUT THE AUTHORS

Gina Van Luven is an international wellness speaker, author, and board-certified health coach. Since 2001, she has worked with a wide variety of clients, from CEOs and top executives to stay-at-home moms and dads, guiding them to live healthier and happier lives. Gina experienced a very difficult childhood, plagued by disease, and her life felt out of balance. In her early thirties, she discovered the tools that transformed her diseased, imbalanced body into a healthy, happy one, creating success in all areas of her life. Today, she helps others do the same through her empowering programs.

Certified by the American Association of Drugless Practitioners and Columbia University, Gina is the founder of YOUnique Nutrition™ and Healthy Habits Academy™. She is the author and creator of I’d Rather Scrub Toilets Than Cook: Tips To Getting In And Out Of The Kitchen Quickly; Golden Goals: Strategies For Success; 5-Step Total Body Detoxification Program; Flu-B-Gone and Candida-B-Gone and she has appeared on ABC and PCTV, as well as several radio stations across the globe. She served on various boards of directors, including: EarthWell, National Association of Women Business Owners, Park City Women in Business, and Toastmasters International. She is also a member of All Ladies League, Biltmore Who’s. Who, National Association of Professional Women, National Association of Women Business Owners, National Speakers Association, Organic Consumers Association, and World Vision.
