Gargi Agarwala


Gargi was born in India, raised in the United Kingdom, and has lived in several parts of the world since. She left the corporate world of advertising in upstate New York to discover her true calling.

Helping people release stress and understand the importance of self-care through yoga, meditation, and coaching, so health and happiness are accessible every day. She says, “No matter where in the world I teach, I find that people don’t have a regular, systematized way to connect to their feelings, direct their thoughts, or hear the wisdom of their own inner voice,” and this is a problem she hopes to remedy.

She has taught throughout Europe and now continues her work and research in the many fields of wellness in Denver, Colorado. She is married, has two children, and the most lovable cocker spaniel in the world.


Wealth and money are usually prioritized over personal wealth and vitality, yet everyone knows outer wealth and material possessions without inner wealth make for a dimmer version of life.
