Ellie Beni

ABOUT THE AUTHOR

Elie Beni is an author, coach, speaker, and entrepreneur. In 2011, she migrated to Australia from the Middle East, where the language, the culture, and the financial opportunities are very different from modern society. She only had $2,000 in her pocket and a suitcase when she arrived in Melbourne. In the past 8 years, she did not just coach and teach the Australian younger generation in finding their passion in STEM education and entrepreneurship, she also became a role model for them and her fellow immigrants by founding her fast-growing trading company. She also has a successful investment portfolio in both the stock and real estate market nationally and internationally.

Ellie Beni is so proud to share her immigration story from a very small conservative town in the Middle East to Australia. In her motherland, she had to fight for the simplest freedom like climbing a tree, to the most basic joy of life like traveling. She was not allowed to climb trees nor have a passport because she was a woman. She was forced to get married so she can have a passport and she immigrated to Australia to climb the tree of success. From conservative living, she grew to become an independent, strong and successful role model for women all around the world.

She had to improve her English language, learn the code and practices of her new country, end her forced marriage, cope with the cultural consequences on her own, financially support herself, overcome the emotional pressure that the orthodox community put on her, and never forget her vision of always wanting more and growing as a person.

She now travels around the world to grow her fast-growing business and currently mentors immigrant women to pursue their dreams. Her dream is to create the foundation to bring all the successful and inspiring immigrant woman together to motivate the younger generation. In the past 4 years, she traveled to more than 12 countries to extend her business and also collaborate and network with multiple business owners and entrepreneurs.

They said it’s impossible for an immigrant woman, but she proved them wrong. She is now sharing her success stories and strategies in her upcoming book, In a Foreign Land, to guide others who want to move to the next level in their lives and overcome the obstacles. She appreciates that it is not an easy journey, however, she believes nothing is impossible. Even “impossible” says “I’m possible”. In this book, she will teach you how to be successful. She will walk with you step by step in her coaching sessions and she will inspire you with her stories in her speaking presentations.
