Elizabeth Rentz, an author, executive transformational coach, and motivating professional speaker, helps even high-achieving individuals achieve more. She is founder of BreakThrough Your Way, a company focused on personal and professional development. After ten years of owning her executive recruiting firm, Elizabeth knew there was a better way to help people reach their highest potential. By using her unique transformation process, clients have found ways to free themselves from the obstacles that were making them feel stuck, so they could move on to fulfilling their goals and experiencing life at their fullest potential.

Elizabeth is a dynamic speaker who deeply engages the audience with her powerful message. She is known for bringing individuals on stage during her impactful sessions, so her audience can see firsthand the power of her unique process. Her fresh perspective on how our brains work and impact our behavior leads people to take action in their lives.

Elizabeth is inspired and motivated by her personal philosophy and favorite quote, by Harold Whitman: “Don’t ask yourself what the world needs; ask yourself what makes you come alive and then go and do that, because what the world needs is people who have come alive.” She holds a bachelor’s degree in communication from Texas A&M University, master certification in neuro-linguistic programming (NLP) – yes, she has walked on hot coals – and certification in integrative wellness and life coaching. She lives with her husband in Dallas and thoroughly enjoys traveling and her many grandbabies.
