Why is it that we keep finding ourselves on a bad date or with the wrong partner? This is because we haven’t asked ourselves and our prospective dates/partners the right questions.

How is it that we get attracted to a new partner that is another version of our ex? It is because we haven’t addressed the pain yet from the previous relationship, given ourselves enough time to heal and let go of the past and forgive.

You can break unhealthy relationship patterns, release non-supportive thoughts and replace them with supportive ones. This will not only transform your love life but will also create a ripple effect that will spill over in all other areas of your life.

Simple strategies and changes you can make that will turn your dating life around.

If you apply the strategies shown in this book you will not only save yourself amazing amounts of time, money and frustration. You will also have more fun playing the dating game, attracting those who are right for you.

  • Having standards is a very good thing.
  • Learning how to ask the right questions of your date helps you save lots of time, money and frustration.
  • Making an effort in your appearance is vital for both men and women.
  • Are you reading the same page in the same book?
  • Discuss your kinky side early on. Don’t be shy… Be bold! Discover the strategy to talk about your debauchery in an easy and fun way.
  • ‘Nothing’ = ‘Something’. Your date is most probably not a psychic, clairvoyant or excellent cold reader, so clear communication is of the essence.
  • Think ‘Bridget Jones’ versus ‘Victoria’s Secret’.
  • Your happiness does not depend on the behaviour of another.
  • What are your non-negotiables?
  • Breaking up is a gift: Are you awake enough to receive it?
  • Boys will be girls.
  • You are accountable.
  • A life by design.
