ABOUT THE AUTHOR

Chuck Fasnacht has been an accomplished salesperson, manager, executive and Naval Officer, with special strengths in finding opportunities for growth and improvement. As a lifelong learner, he continues to build on his background in real estate, strategic planning, diplomacy, sales, management, leadership, and managing businesses for profit. Chuck is currently speaking and consulting for business start-up strategies and growing existing businesses. As an author of an upcoming book, The Franchising Fast Lane: Start With a Proven System and Accelerate Your Business Success Chuck Fasnacht has also written speeches, performed turn-around on failing business operations, coached executives, performed sales and management training, as well as taught merger and acquisition strategies for organizations such as Century 21 Real Estate Corporation of the Northeast, Honest-1 Auto Care, Cenergistic® energy consulting services, and many more. His awards include world-wide, national and regional awards, for sales, leadership, management and team achievement as well. Chuck served as a US Navy Reserve Officer where he retired with the rank of Navy Captain, after 25 years of operations management and leadership experience.

Mr. Fasnacht has been working with organizations to increase their business and optimize the impact they can have in their chosen space for over 25 years. He brought his leadership skills and strategic business planning skills to work for organizations as large as Century 21 Real Estate Corporation with hundreds of employees, and as small as a family- owned business of five. He has provided strategic planning, sales analytics and enhancement, leadership training and more. The outcomes he has helped others achieve include: helped tripling the sales of a small consulting firm within six months; working with a team while creating an infrastructure to grow a volunteer organization from 700 members to over 2000 within two years; and helped develop and grow leaders in consulting, real estate, sales and management throughout his career. He is available for speaking engagements, strategy assessment, consulting, and workshops for skill building.
