ABOUT THE AUTHOR

Bethany Carter is the author of The Side Hustle: Skyrocket Your Income Anytime, Anywhere, and at ANY AGE! This project is a culmination of her research and interviews with fellow passionate people from all walks of life, providing the most powerful resources to help readers achieve their dreams of having their own side hustle or growing current business endeavors or even hobbies into successful full-time businesses. Bethany has gleaned much from small business owners, financial advisors, investors, fellow coaches, and others, people who are just as passionate about the small business world and helping others as she is.

Bethany has spent ten-plus years in the commercial construction industry as a project manager/engineer. In time, she opted to give up the stress and anxiety of corporate life, in exchange for a lifestyle of more personal freedom, with her in the driver seat. Her vision is to have her own brand and enjoy the passive income of an e-commerce business while actively reaching out and helping others by coaching them to make their dream businesses realities and take control of their own destiny.

Bethany is from San Diego, California and currently resides in the greater Seattle area with her husband John and her fur babies, Hershey and Piper, her rescue cat and dog. She earned her degree in structural engineering from the University of California, San Diego and is currently re-educating herself in the world of entrepreneurship and small business in order to be a better coach and business owner herself. She enjoys singing with the choir at her local church, painting, ATV trips in the Californian desert with her family while also enjoying the girly things in life like taking a time out for a mani-pedi and a little shopping.
