ABOUT THE AUTHOR
Wendy Vineyard is the author of three books, a public speaker and a holistic health practitioner. She coaches women 40+ to achieve their optimum health, wellness and youthful aging from the inside out. Wendy believes women can – at any age – transform their lives. She has coached hundreds of women who have chosen to take action to improve their health and wellness. Wendy has met and studied with some of the world’s leading innovators of youthful aging. Her passion is to bring the latest anti-aging knowledge to everyone who wants to improve their quality of life and live longer. She knows that can happen faster, easier and with less stress when people harness the power of habit. For several years, Wendy has inspired and supported women to thrive through menopause and beyond, without drugs or added hormones.
Wendy’s most recent book, ‘Powerful Habits to Grow Younger Every Day’ will be published later this year. She is the co-author of ‘Trusted Experts’ a book of insights and inspiration – to be published Spring 2013; and author of ‘Eat Well, Live Well – Wellness Guide & Recipes for Vibrant Health’, 2011. Wendy is a passionate speaker and teleclass host. She inspires women to believe that they can achieve their health and wellness goals, to take control over their aging process and to look and feel significantly younger than their years. She has spoken about achieving health and wellness naturally at various health & wellness-related organizations including a chiropractic clinic, fitness club, wellness center, hospital, and seniors’ residence. Wendy’s background is in corporate communications. After earning a degree in journalism from Ottawa’s Carleton University, Wendy had a 20-year career in journalism and public relations. In 2003, she chose to pursue her life-long interest in nutrition and natural healing. She earned a holistic health practitioner diploma and went on to become a qualified Reiki Master, aromatherapist, reflexologist and cleanse coach.
